Cyber Insurance & Incident Response Conference 2019

Traditional risk assessment models are not quite accurate, thus cannot be used to quantify the impact that a security breach incident may have on a company’s business activities. At the same time, new laws that have been introduced (GDPR, NIS, E-Privacy) for the management of security breaches and loss of personal data, have increased corporate obligations with regard to measures for effective management and protection of their budgets against security-related risks.

This problem is further aggravated by lack of available data for the calculation of losses resulting from security breaches.

The Cyber Insurance & Incident Response Conference 2019 is organized by Ethos Events in collaboration with the economic and business portal banks.com.gr, Insurance World magazine and Insuranceworld.gr portal and will take place on Tuesday 5 November at Divani Caravel hotel.
